1. 立式洗片机

把基板变成立式，用Spray, Oscillation等技能来分开被黑光走光的部分和没有走光的部分，然后洗片的装备。

为了Roll状态的ITO Film上形成TSP(Touch Screen Panel)的Patten，用Wet Etching Line 把DFR(Dry Film Resin)或PR(Photo Resist)贴涂后通过曝光工艺Pattern变成曝光的File，就是把ITO/Meta即洗片-光刻-剥离的TSP Patterning装备。
