Recruitment Procedure

• The basic procedure is as above. In the case of recruiting for a new recruit, they will be hired formally through an RA (Research Analyst)
• The resume and the slef-introduction documents are reviewed during the paper screening stage, For the first interview, a Case Interview/Brain Teaser/Simulation Exercise will take place to test the applicant’s various experiences and competencies. The 2nd interview will be an interview with the executives and the CEO, and IG Fitness will have its final judgement.
